In what cases will we compensate you for losses?

What is insured?
- Non-cash funds stored in a bank account, payment card or other financial transaction applications (hereinafter referred to as funds).
- Your personal data.

What risks are insured?
- Online shopping fraud – You have paid for goods or services in an online store that operates illegally for the purpose of fraud.
- Investment fraud – You have transferred your funds to fraudsters who offer false investment opportunities and operate illegally for the purpose of fraud.
- Bank account or payment card fraud – Fraudsters have accessed your bank account, financial application or payment card data and illegally transferred funds from them or paid for purchases in online stores.

Fake payment requests – You have transferred funds to fraudsters after receiving calls, emails, text messages or other electronic messages from them with a payment request that turned out to be fake. For example, a fake:
- speeding ticket;
- request to clear customs for an ordered item;
- request to pay tax debt.

Identity theft – Fraudsters used:
- your personal data to apply for loans in your name;
- your digital accounts (emails, WhatsApp, etc.) to deceive other people or spread false information.
- Charity fraud – You have donated funds to fundraisers who operate illegally for the purpose of fraud.
