Application for compensation and evaluation of the claim will be more simple and quick if you:

• Submit detailed information about the incident;
• Submit a copy of the residence permit in the Republic of Latvia or visa, child's birth certificate;
• Indicate the bank account number of the injured person or the recipient of compensation;
• Submit medical documents; in case of dental expenses, documents must contain information on which tooth was treated, which manipulations were performed;
• Attach to the application check/invoice and payment documents.
